Monday, Feb 2, 2015..   As of 6 a.m., 19.3 inches of snow fell at O’Hare International Airport and 19.2 inches at Midway International Airport, according to the National Weather Service. WGN TV Reports that Super Bowl Blizzard is officially Chicago’s 5th biggest storm in Chicago [January 31-February 2, 2015 ].

Sunday, Feb 1, 2015..  High Entertainment Value Day.. as 49th Super Bowl [ XLIX] day coincided with Chicago Blizzard. New England Patriots won against Seattle Seahawks [Final score: 28 – 24]. Half-time delivered by Katy Perry. I was not particularly impressed. Though loved the commercials. Two favorites:  “Invisible Mindy Kaling”  Nationwde commercial, and Pierce Brosnan  commercial “The Perfect Getaway” , for Kia. Equally fun was the blizzard, dubbed as the Super Bowl Blizzard, which dumped 19.3 inches of snow.
