The Livingston County Civil War Memorial was placed in 1902.
In Memory Of All Soldiers and Sailors Of Livingston County.
The memorial has a larger than life statue of a uniformed Union soldier,
standing at ease holding his rifle in both hands and the butt of it resting on the ground.
The sculpture is standing on a tall stone pillar with various major Civil War battles inscribed on the top and bottom.
